the 4th

I had a fun 4th of July. I went to a park near my house and spent time with Natalie and her family. We went swimming, had a picnic, walked in the woods, all that good stuff. I had a lot of fun. I felt kinda bad for not being with my family and imposing on another, but I was invited, and my family wasn't doing anything besides sitting at home, so I guess it's ok. But of course, since I went swimming I had hair troubles galore. But I washed it yesterday and Nat and Celeste came over last night so Nat blowdried it. Now it looks manageable, but it definitely brought back memories from last semester (grr...I'm a lioness)

In other news, now that my dad is home, rules are back in place. Boooooo to that. That means waking up early and not being lazy *sigh*
